1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating a Muraqeb account or using any of its services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of the service
Muraqeb provides website monitoring, analytics, SEO auditing and subscription management. The services include, without limitation: response checks, SSL and DNS monitoring, alerts over several channels, visitor analytics, and SEO reports.
3. Accounts
• You must provide accurate information when signing up. • You alone are responsible for keeping your password and account details confidential. • Your account is yours alone; do not let anyone else use it (except through the official team feature). • If you suspect your account has been compromised, tell us immediately. • You must be 18 or older to use the paid services.
4. Subscription and payment
• Muraqeb offers free and paid plans. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. • Paid subscriptions renew automatically on the cycle you chose (monthly or annual) unless you cancel. • All payments are processed through the Saudi Moyasar gateway, supporting Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Visa and Mastercard. • Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT. • An annual subscription is billed as 10 months (two months free, roughly 17% off). • Billing charges are non-refundable except in the specific cases set out in Saudi regulations or at the platform's discretion.
5. Acceptable use
• Do not use the platform to monitor sites you do not own or have explicit permission to monitor. • Do not use the platform for any activity that breaks the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. • Do not attempt to compromise the platform's infrastructure or any other user. • Do not send volumes of data that unfairly drain system resources. • Do not use our services to send spam. Breaking any of these gives the platform the right to suspend or delete your account without prior notice and without a refund.
6. Intellectual property
• All content, software and interfaces belong to Muraqeb or its licensors. • You may use the platform for legitimate personal and commercial purposes. • You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer any part of the platform. • Your data stays yours; we claim no rights in it. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service.
7. Service level
We aim to provide the service at an uptime above 99.9%. For scheduled maintenance we give at least 48 hours' notice. In the event of a major outage, the affected days are credited against your next subscription cycle (Enterprise plans only, per SLA).
8. Limitation of liability
• The service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties beyond what is stated here. • We are not liable for lost profit, business or data resulting from your site being unavailable during a short interruption of our service. • Our total financial liability to you does not exceed what you have paid us over the last three months.
9. Termination
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the settings page. • The platform may terminate your account if you break these terms or fail to pay for more than 30 days. • After termination, your data is deleted in line with the privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material change at least two weeks before it takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after the change counts as acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is referred to the competent courts in Riyadh.
